Open Competitions

The Royal Belfast Golf Club runs open competitions for ladies and gents throughout the summer months. They’re a chance to play our Harry S. Colt course in competition, alongside golfers from other clubs.
Formats vary across, from individual stablefords to team scrambles. 

Who can enter: Entrants should be members of a recognised golf club and hold a current handicap.

How to enter: Each open competition is listed on BRS with its date, format and entry fee, and accessible via the Book for Open Competitions link. 

On the day: Please check in at the Pro Shop, just beyond the clubhouse, and be on the first tee 10 minutes before your starting time. Our dress code applies on the course and in the clubhouse. Competitors are very welcome in the clubhouse after play.
